Friends

 

We have lots of Wild Visitors to our farm.. actually we feel like we are the visitors to this wild space that nature is. Here are a few that we have either seen or seen evidence of.

Wild Birds; Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mockingbirds, Blue Jays, Mourning Doves, Barred Owls ,Red Tailed Hawks, Chickadees ,Wrens ,Red Winged Blackbirds, Great Horned Owl, Indigo Buntings, Robins ,Goldfinches, Cedar Waxwings.
Wild Animals; Rabbits, Deer, Opossums, Racoons, Bobcats, Cougars, "Panthers" -Jaguars, Black Bears, Armadillos, Wild Turkeys, Moles, voles, Wild Hogs, Louisiana Black Bears.
Wild Reptiles; Toads, Tree Frogs, Green Lizards, Slider Turtles, Gopher Nosed Tortoises, Pine snakes, Cotton mouths, Rattlesnakes, Copperheads, and Motley Corn Snakes.
